It’s a shame you were still at university in 2010 and not involved in the negotiation for the extension of the century pit by the removal of 10 Mile Waterhole which was a far more culturally significant site than the rock shelter on Magazine Hill. Many more significant sites have been removed and compensation paid.

MMG set the precedent for removal of culturally significant sites. There is no reason why New Century can’t do the same. They are not hyping or hiding this as evidenced by page 7 of the announcement as highlighted above. They are in the process of obtaining approvals they don’t say they have them. I trust you will be issuing an apology when you are proved wrong.
