Hi Invert. Whist I’m a lawyer I’m definitely not an expert in corporation law or anything else for that matter apart from what I do. That said, there is law governing what must be done if a shareholder acquires 5%, 20% etc. There is no law to my knowledge protecting the privacy of shareholders. In fact if as it seems there are related entities combining they by law should issue the appropriate notice as being substantial holders. Curiously they aren’t breaching the 20% which carries a lot more obligations. Either way I suspect SN is being respectful rather than legally obligated.
