Yep absolutely Red , I have the same view , SE project is innovative and will have great relevance to the future of WA grid. STX first mover out of the ranks with Governament backing , it just all fall in to place really quickly nice !
Gas is crucial for WA and Gov ambitions to continue to be the Mining power house of the Nation, I think I said this many times but we are at the right place at the right time with right commodity, holding a extensive piece of the PB under our feet .
STX is far lower risk now that W7 being connected to the Plant and is generating revenue 80M p/a not shaby , witch will problably increase by Feb/March when we should have access to the DBGP ( extra 10Tj/d here) , in addition the the extra condensate from W7 that STX is working on maximising the return by perhaps process the condensate at Waylering instead to sent to Port Bonython in SA.
WE is up to the the board to solve it out with Hancock , I still think it will go ahead in one way or the other , I'm not too negative here as everyone wants to make money and I'm sure they will find a way that will please both sides.
I think other posters here have already mention the possibility that ED1 3D seismic could increase the WE overall 2P / 2C resoucers and could exceed initial 2U estimates for ED1 fingers X we get that upgrade.
Waylering East should spud early Dec so basically now will also bring an extra upside.
And that leaves as with OH that we should persue next year $$$ depending and like Waylering it could a nice quick gas to market cash cow scenario.
Arrino and Kadathini 2D looking forward for findings ,we quite possibly should have a JV partner here , let's see how we go plenty of time.
Overall STX is clearly undervalue and as SN said in the AGM is trading way bellow its fair value, I have been buying lately including a parcel at 21c this week, Blue skies are not that fair away as many pesky poster have appear in the thread .
