This is a peaking plant. You know, ready to go in five minutes max. It takes hours to boil water to make enough steam to drive a turbine.
Google is not your friend. What you have pasted in your other post refers to power generation in a 'stand alone' remote situation.
That's not what STX is proposing. They are making electricity for export to the grid. A different situation.
