Energy security and cheap energy is government main goal
If strike can under cut other suppliers no doubt they'll get allocation but government not stupid so capacity payments might reflect cost reductions from the cheaper supply?
Even if its not a reduction on capacity payment its still a smart move and a win for Western Australians bringing competition to the market
