What’s your point JL? You would hope that govt would monitor and enforce its gas reservation policy against offshore reserves as well. 15% of the massive offshore gas reserves far outweigh the minuscule reserves of onshore Perth Basin providers. This would allow for a consistent and fair policy to all companies and energy security for the populace.
