    18.8% capacity factor sounds like a very precise figure. What does it actually mean - the plant is running at full capacity for 18.8% of the time, or generating 18.8% of full rated capacity over the course of a year? How do they arrive at such a figure, and what's the likelihood of it being say 15% or 20 or 25%. I imagine a small change in the capacity factor would have a significant impact on the revenue and payback period of this project. The project sounds like a great way to add very significant value to the gas reserves at SE. Hopefully there's a fair bit of upside potential by either finding more gas, or generating more power with the gas we have, or a combination of both. It's an excellent start.
