I don't think there's too many execution risks here. Mining companies have been installing gas powered generating plants on their minesites for some time very successfully, usually on time and on budget. This is just a bit bigger than most plants, but it's being built using multiple 4.5MW generating units, not just a couple of big engines. It's all pretty standard technology from the well head to the 132KV power line.
