Good call. There are many concepts and ideas that look promising (Haber being one of them) and the difference between theory and reality can be difficult to achieve at times. It does seem like a great idea to maximise the disappointing gas supply from SE but there will be the usual government and bureaucratic ducking, diving, dithering and deferring of approvals, etc. I hate to say it but for me at the moment "if it can go wrong, it will".
