Not really He's just saying, the worst case scenario (if people want to believe WGO's interpretation) is nothing to worry about.
If they can disprove the GWC in the next few weeks, I'm guessing STX will hold off releasing that information until a few days before WGO's upcoming general meeting.
As I said before, WGO management have got a lot more to lose from this silliness than STX.
