As others have picked up on, SE-1 started coring just below the top of the good quality reservoir in the Basal Kingia Sandstones (Green box on WE-2 diagram below). In WE-2 the good quality Kingia Basal Sandstones occur about 40m below the top Kingia (Marine Transition). Below is the Composite Log from West Erregulla-2 which may help explain why SE-1 started coring where they did i.e. after encountering drilling breaks (good quality reservoir indicator, assuming weight on bit is constant) and gas shows.
