Yeah, I too was glad to not be diluted by so much, where all potential upside outside of WE was clearly coming from STX's assets and not WGO's.
Given the way things have gone, the STX board is probably also happy to not have the Scotts on the register as large shareholders. Imagine the harassment they would cop.
