Real sad they closed the refinery in WA which was newer than the remaining two in the East coast of I'm correct.
I suppose if a large enough wet find is found, that would entertain a new refinery or supply exclusivity to existing ones in the East.
It is also a matter of national security! A new federal oil and gas reserve could also be the destination.
Perhaps STX should try market and ship all the liquids to the new federal oil reserve?
