I think both you and Hardcash have both put your fingers on the problem of posting on social media - Interpretation.

When I initially read the JH post myself, I interpretated it as mentioning privileged and sensitive information known only by Directors, which was discussed behind closed doors. I thought it related to a potential T/O in the offing and thought it was a breach of STX confidentiality.

Then I read the post by Hardcash and can see his view on this as well - that JH was acknowledging that her tenure could be brief if a potential T/O occurred.

However - as now JH is a Director, she will have to be "Oh so careful" with her words. I feel that no opinion would have been better on such a sensitive situation and subject, particularly being new to the position. Directorships do come with obligations.

Apart from having to sit in SN's office to discuss the situation (and I think it could be viewed as a situation, because of how a small comment, interpreted either way, could influence the market) it just creates another headache to deal with, so I don't think anyone will be buying JH a muffin and coffee at work tomorrow............
