We don't have an Independent Expert's Report yet so "fair" is only a matter of individual opinion at this point. It was just a suggestion given so many STX SH think that it is TPD holding the STX SP down, not the 100M shorts or any of the other theories that get espoused on here. I know very well that Stu is not going to pull out of the SOA, he can't afford to.
