Ratbbox, it is very unlikely that either party will pull out of the deal, or that it won’t go thru, but the market is a strange beast. None on here ever foresaw an outside bid for wgo before a TO for stx - the operator. We are not privy to what’s going on behind the scenes. The good news is that SN and tpd BOD may have some stronge “evidence” that a bid for stx is closer than expected. Hopefully one that is too good to ignore.
