This is preposterous.
The sooner the world can rid of coal and use gas the better.
China and others are planning numerous new coal fired coal power stations.
Get rid of coal. Use transistion gas
Clean the planet up . Cut out aviation which consumes 9.8 % of fossil fuels at 30,000 feet and promote shipping via LNG.
