It's just opinions. The ratio calculation isn't determined by STX's value per se. It is determined by how many STX shares it takes to match the value of TPDs assets, maybe this point has been overlooked? STX came up with 315M shares which implied $138M at the time, that undervalues TPD IMO. Ofcourse the falling STX SP has further decreased the implied value but jury is out on that until December. I am really looking forward to the Independent Report.
