    I am bit confused by the comments about the short selling of STX and how it's risk free due to the TPD situation.

    Surely at some stage the short sells have to be covered by buys and the price could increase very quickly.

    How does the TPD situation affect someone who has shorted STX and has to buy STX to cover ?
