I think its the opposite. STX don't announce when they start the flow tests for SE3 or the recent wells that i can remember. We always find out via Firewatch and locals who drive past or see the glow from their front deck.
I think they did use a a few THs for the early WE results back in the day, but i think any TH from these flow tests will be to manage a situation that isnt going to plan.
