SE3 still in play, this is not always a binary business. Watch this space I reckon and don't be surprised if they go back and perf/ST at a later date. The PB is booked up equipment-wise with others waiting on the gear and SE2 still to test, so time was not on their side. This was a massive over-reaction by a gun-shy market IMO.
