Frustrating but understandable given the widespread damage that very short but intense storm caused. There are countless thousands of trees down, property and car damage, powerlines down, power transmission towers folding like paper, etc. Still hundreds of thousands without power and internet. At least the good old phone signals are back so stranded people can call for help. I've lived around my area for over 30 years and have never heard so many emergency vehicle sirens - was almost continuous. Surprised they didn't declare a state of emergency. The SES crew can never be appreciated enough.
