No axe to grind. I always look at net cash to help in making investment decisions.
Just focusing on liquidity is like saying you own a million dollar property, but ignoring the debt it carries and the need for a major upgrade.
And in the case of STX, it looks like the major tenant just walked out because of rising damp.
Now shareholders are hoping the lady next door buys them out at a premium....
