    Yes, but -

    Extended test = flare will be burning for weeks, with some stoppages likely for hours or days to test pressure response.

    Most likely to start early morning, after sun rise.
    It's normal to NOT start the first flow on night shift due to safety concerns.
    Problems are easier to spot and fix during day light hours.
