I remember after the West Erregulla Resource was determined and we were under our estimates of like 900bcf, SN willingly discarded his performance rights because he personally felt he didn't earn them because the resource wasn't up to prior expectations, even though he absolutely met the targets and was well within his right to take them.
Just an example but IMO SN is a top bloke. I don't think he would ever do anything deceitful or anything that would jeopardize the company. He has always had the company's interest in mind with every decision that's been made, that goes for the rest of the board too.
SN has always been upfront and transparent. Whatever he took that margin loan for I've got no doubt there are no shady intentions.
