I believe SE2 was updip of SE1 (as opposed to updip of SE3). So it should definitely flow.
You raised some good points regarding whether the GWC is within the 13m net pay zone. They didn't mention the depth of the perforation plug but one would have to assume it was set near the top of the 13m pay zone.
If the Kingia is water wet at this location, it does beg the question around the implications for the WE/SE connectivity theory as I think SE3 was quite close to the neck between SE and WE.
