To put this price correction in some perspective, even if I reduce the recoverable reserve for SE2 and SE3 from 128PJ to 50PJ, we are trading on an EV/2P BOe of 10.61 and EV/2P+2C BOE of 5.47. Noting that WGO was acquired for 12.71/2P BOe and 10.48/2P+2C BOe. On current projected cashflow from Walyering alone of 100mn/annum, we are trading at EV/cashflow of 7.5x.
