They won't proceed with SE Phase 1 on one well IMHO. Too risky to sink 110mn on 40TJ/d processing plant on one well. SE1 will need to be comingled with WE development. Let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater just yet as SE2 and 3 aren't dead yet no matter how grim it is looking.
