    Another observation is;

    1. In order to trap the hydrocarbons that Raptor has encountered in the "sandy interval of 50 gross feet (35’ TVD) with LWD readings and mud log hydrocarbonshows including fluorescence, consistent with potential hydrocarbon bearing sands", there must be a satisfactory seal / cap rock between this hydrocarbon-bearing sandy interval and the overlying, thicker water wet sands.
    2. In my view, the seal / cap rock established by the presence of hydrocarbons in the sandy interval of the lower section of the 13,000' sand package, helps reduce the seal / cap rock risk for the 13,500' sand package.
    3. Of course, we still have to establish commerciality.
