Minimum doubling in market cap, increased value of BYE holding, cash flow to fund the Cooper and the ability to perform a corporate transaction off the back of a higher share price. I keep coming back to Ken being a production man - and you don't bring in a production man to watch GoM operations from a distance and cede operatorship of your other asset.
