i have zero issues with ur post excluding the 1st 6 words.
petronas have done much testing of all sorts of hcd chemistry..... years ago they bought squillions of dollars worth every year..... then stopped...... but heaps of testing of d75? dunno, and unclear from the announcement. do not get me wrong... nobody is buying drums of stuff to just tip onto the ground...... even in africa...... but the lack of clarity from HCD raises flags for me......

anyway, on a different topic, what if a company had some old drums, going rusty, of something sitting in an offshore warehouse, far far away from the main company blending facility which is in another country? maybe i'd let the local bloke that i did business with years ago find a buyer for that somehow........ even if they had to blend it into something else to move it on..... but that is me....... just a cynic.... and hoping my plane does not crash tonight.

but back to HCD, what is d75? last time i looked i could not find a name registration anywhere in the world....
