On the bright side, a supply of IO from Africa to China means that there is no need for Shadang to panic and do a CR for UG as the main reason for Chinese investment into Australian IO was to secure a source of supply.
Supply from Africa means Shadang can afford to take their time and wait until Grange can self fund UG, as the Shadang controlled Grange BoD has already planned to do.
