hmm.....sorry to be picky but there actually is nothing in the ann about "high gas flows"...they refer to "high gas saturation" of reservoir coals, which we kind of already know. Sorry, but "sustained gas flows" is not necessarily "high flows".
How much you want to read between the lines determines how you interpret the sentence - I guess?
