Earlier in the day there was a confusing Appendix 3B announcement. I think this caused a few sellers.
The report on SOZ drilling released at 11:21 was good news, but the earlier announcement put a damper on things.

The market does not like small miners right now. However KBL could be a big miner in a year or 3.
