Given how Malawi govt are still to implement their new mining bill after 7 long years and no DA's available just the usual talk up - latest commentary in 'The Nation" reports of Malawi not having a qualified/experienced legal person to verify DA'S - ML'S.
Bugger me after 7 years come on - neighboring countries can do it no probs. Anyway we have time on our side. GLTAH.
