Sadly, I suspected this was coming for about 2 months now, when Advent1969 started magically coming out with "I wish the company would just close the ASX case to focus on growth".We have a SP1, separate to ISXFEU, with $2m cash and not a lot else, and they want to drop a $500m lawsuit that they have a "treasure trove" of discovery for, and claim it's to focus on the future.

At least, JK's statements about magical evidence and what they've got up their sleeves have now been conclusively proven for what they are...
