“Shareholders and the public aren't going to miss out on the facts and truth on the suspension being revealed, as the ASIC trial has got that covered. It a carbon copy of what the asx trial would have been. So all the facts still get to come out.” If….. the truth comes out, fine with me. But if they settle… it won’t! Just too many if’s. The problem lies in that we seek justice and recourse! For ASX to say they will cover their own costs (they won’t if they knew they had a case) as well as ISX, not believable! ASX (ASIC) made a deal with ISX and what was it? We, as shareholders were willing to fund ISX if needed to pave the way for a class action. The saying that it is about saving costs, now… just before we get them in court! Either ASIC and or ASX did a deal …NSX license? or ASIC visa? or insurance? but it has to be in the open or we will be seeking it! Dark governments has something to hide ..FOI or ICAC
