    doesn't mean it's just,
    doesn't make what we all have seen take place disappear from reality, and
    doesn't provide justification for the actions of KL or his employer.

    Just the blunt commercial reality that the most cashed up opponent can "dry you out of funds" and effectively WIN the case.
