SP1 will not appear amongst the ISXFEU group as it was the "Top Hat" that demerged (sold off) that ISXFEU group. When it demerged it attributed the value of the demerged ISXFEU group at AUD$13M.

That is to say, the asset base, and share capital, of SP1 reduced by AUD$13M at demerger.

SP1 is now delisting from the ASX and becoming an Unlisted Public Company as you said. An unlisted public company only has to report on an annual basis to shareholders.
