Hi
@PocketsYour shares in SP1 just went from listed to an unlisted public company, (I think thats correct terminology used) It's the same as ISXF is now, awaiting the ipo when global conditions change.
Every shareholder in SP1 still have an interest in whatever happens to the company. The shares are only of token value at this very point, as the demerger transfer most assets to isxf.
Hang onto your shares, who knows what the future holds. Whatever plans JK had for SP1 whilst the company was listed can still be utilized the same in the unlisted entity.
SP1 will now be listed in with all the other companies in the group. See ISXF 21 Annual Report screenshot.
That's it, it's all heading in a forward direction and making the most of the current circumstances. There's always something in the pipeline to improve the group. It all equals long term success
Cheers
