    Hi @naomhan

Business in yrs ahead forward thinking and planning. Your just projecting what's known and infront of you today, and working some numbers. Doesn't work like that.

Proper costing would have been projected by the directors to work out the viability of continuing with the litigation vs what the directors know and are planning by not funding the litigation can then be used to advance isxf.

Now these following ideas are just that ideas / examples to get readers thinking three dimensionally, not two dimensionally as your applying your caculations. The directors of course know what the forward plans are so they would apply the correct caculations on all the stuff that's going to happen.

OK lets make some stuff up....

The business is expanding into north america - so they acquire another business (like they did with Probanx & BBS) for 10 million that worth 40 million because it a fire sale and they had the cash to act quick. - There's 30 million saved, plus its up and running so less development costs etc, another 5 million over 3yrs.

Because they didn't have to raise venture capital, that saved shareholder dilution come ipo time - so lets say the $10 million raise to buy the new business was @$1 per share, @IPO time it lists for $5- there's 40 million loss to shareholders if they raise capital. Yes its not to the company but it benefit shareholders so its of value.

They hire 10 more staff @100k each = 1 million per year. Historically for every dollar they spend on wages returns them $5 in revenue - theres 5 million on the bottom line and expansion to boot.

Etc, etc, etc The list would go on and on. Making up $100 million in your example doesn't take very long to cut out any litigation winnings and start into the plus side of things by running your own business, without going to the hassle of 2-3 yrs of further court BS which equals more AFR mud slinging etc

Isxf would be so far ahead in 2-3 yrs the potential 100 million win would seem like a joke. Wait and see were isxf is in 2 -3yrs time. We'll do a comparision then and look at the numbers.

I confident Isxf will be way way out in front going down this path that they have chosen.

And the saving grace for shareholders and the public is all the truth is going to be revealed on what really took place in this suspension saga in the upcoming ASIC trial. We don't miss out.

    Have a good arvo. Cheers
