Clearly to make a decision there I need to know how much I was paying for my ISXFEU shares so I could calculate an expected return. Don't get me wrong, 7.5% is a great after-tax / after-inflation return for a private investor but for any decent-sized profitable firm I would have thought it was marginally acceptable at best. Most would be looking for a faster payback. At the end of the day, if I don't have the cash-flow to finance a 16 million dollar investment, then the 16 million dollar investment is a poor choice for me no matter what the return is, the same goes for the court case.
