I should have explained better - I meant that: perhaps @pomhat expected ISX to have pled guilty at the beginning of this saga - right after the release of the "draft reasons" report and should have taken whatever punishment that ASX was wanting to deal out. Of course, we all know that would have been absurd since ASX's report was their thoughts and suspicions, not fact (as they said) and punishment would have been delisting which would have been the end of the business. This is @pomhat's wish list, not reality.
