Seems shorters dont even realise they have been out-manoeuvered by JK.

Convertable note held by SP1 cannot be exercised by SP1 for many years yet, so any possible liquidation is years away.

Shorters are left holding expensive share loan fees for many years before any worst case outcome!
Better outcome for shorters is if SP1 shorters is that the company and/or ISXFEU lists in the short term, allowing them to buy back shares to close their shorts.
