The shares are worthless, the company is delisted and will disappear. Your shares in the isxeu company are basically worthless as well in less you can find a way to sell them overseas. Your shareholding is basically a tax loss credit for the end of the financial year. The company should of had the decency to at least apologise for this mess and explain the forward process of shareholders losing their money. If they had been honest when they set up the off shore company they would have transferred all our existing ISX shares into that company instead of one tenth of your holding and ripping us all off with the remainder.
