I hear from a. little bird that ASIC's own evidence will be that revenue recognition was audited post the event (by ASIC) and found to be acceptable.
The only ones barking on this issue are yourself and the OM troglodytes.
Alternatively, you could disprove all of this by showing us where in the ASIC statement of claim it asks for the performance shares to be cancelled, or some other sanction?
