OK, I should have said "40% more" - the company issued 40% more shares as the performance shares.
From the company's own announcements, unaudited revenue for the first half of calendar 2018 was in excess of $5.5M, while full year revenue (calendar = financial) was barely $6M - they booked half a million in revenue in the second half. That suggests "non-recurring" revenue in the first half was closer to 90%.
No point in going over this now, though - I'm sure the holders have hammered similar points out in these forums. Though I can't quite find the relevant threads...
