friendlywarves - do you (or anyone else) know whether SP1 has sought a class ruling from the ATO on behalf of shareholders? You would think after 2 years there would be ruling by now, if one had been sought.
And final stupid question: How would I become aware (other than through this forum, haha) if SP1 were to be placed in administration.
