    Since the ASIC litigation is the only reason for the delay in listing, I’d say a negative finding against SP1 and its former CEO would certainly impact the prospects of any future ISXFEU listing (in its current composition)

    market conditions, needing 3 years of audited financials, additional restructures needed to top hat etc are all smoke screens but rampers seems happy to drink the kool-aid
