It has 3 quarters of cash left. I'm assuming that it probably has more than that if it stops paying the ASX case legal bills, but it will still have a high spend through to end end of Q3 defending the ASIC case.
They will put it into voluntary liquidation, if they can't sell it to someone wanting a back door listing.
At which point you'll be diluted, again.

He owns most of the foreign business, and it is paying him a nice salary. It's what we called a lifestyle company. His lifestyle, 10,000 shareholders money.
